We have never been awarded any work based on social economic status. We take pride in our diversity, We are staffed by primarily ex and current service members augmented by the very best and brightest in the field. Everyone that comes in inevitably learns a lot  as it is one thing to know the tech of the day it is a totally other thing to learn the operation side of the effort. Our folks inevitably become experts at both.
