The Overseas Contingency Operations Temporary Change of Station manages and automates the business process for individual deployment orders.  OCO-TCS is an individual travel and mobilization order writing system.   Installation Management Command (IMCOM) installations, Army National Guard (ARNG) states and United States Army Reserve (USAR) commands produce individual Soldier Overseas Contingency Operation (OCO) Temporary Change of Station (TCS) orders, TDY orders and mobilization orders for Soldiers in units.  The system produces all Army TCS orders and most Soldier mobilization orders, as well as all operational TDY orders.
